As usual, IE probably won't be able to render the SVG. It usually can't. Those few people who somehow ran into this from some random URL and are trying in IE really should consider a full-featured browser like Firefox, Opera or Safari. Not that there's much here. Like most of these, is just a test of something or other (in this case, browser rendering speed on the svg move)
