GroupStartAuto element

Indicates that the first PivotItem of the first group should be picked automatically when the PivotItems of a PivotField have been grouped. Used in conjunction with GroupBy, GroupEnd, GroupStart, GroupEndAuto, GroupType, ParentField and BaseField.
