In an <OutlineCode>, <ValueID> is the unique ID of a custom outline code.

In an <ExtendedAttribute>, it is the unique ID of the value of an extended attribute across the project.

Remarks

<ValueID> is a child of the <Value> element in an <OutlineCode>. A collection of <Value> elements is in <Values>.

An <ExtendedAttribute> also contains a <Value> element, but there the value is part of a <ValueList> collection; an <ExtendedAttribute> value has an <ID>, not a <ValueID>.
