For a <Task>, <RemainingOvertimeWork> is the amount of remaining overtime scheduled by all assigned resources to complete a task.

For a <Resource>, it is the remaining amount of overtime required by a resource to complete all tasks.

For an <Assignment>, it is the amount of overtime work that remains on an assignment.
